Many trusted service providers such as CPAs, bankers, financial planners, attorneys, and others are increasingly encountering clients who are contemplating a business sale. Yet most have limited exposure to the M&A process and are unsure how to discuss a potential transaction or how it may impact the services they provide.

The Brazos Valley M&A Roundtable exists to bridge that gap.

We equip local professionals with the knowledge necessary to speak confidently with clients about a potential sale and to guide them more effectively within their own discipline as a transaction unfolds.

Our goal is simple: Ensure that the advisors business owners trust most are prepared, informed, and able to support their clients during one of the most important decisions of their lives.

The Roundtable meets quarterly for a lunch-and-learn session led by an expert in a key area of the M&A process. After a focused presentation, members engage in an open Q&A to explore real-world questions and strengthen their understanding.

Participation is by invitation or approval to maintain a high-quality, multidisciplinary community.

The BVMAR was founded on December 1, 2025 by Jacob Davis. He is also the founder of Capstone Consulting, a lower middle market sell-side advisory firm, and Brazos Bookkeeping, both located in College Station, TX.
